  Ensure the robot vacuum and accessories are packed in their original box; our technicians will verify the device's condition and serial number upon arrival.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a secure reverse pickup from your registered address through our authorized logistics partners.

  Refund Processing

  After a successful quality check, your refund will be credited to the original payment method or bank account within 7-10 business days.
